Ingredients
- flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- cloves garlic, pressed
- dried oregano (or 2 tbsp fresh)
- olive oil
- red wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- red pepper flakes
Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a small food processor (or a cup just larger than your immersion blender) and pulse a couple of times to combine and chop. Don't take it all the way to homogenous — the herbs should stay individually discernible.
